These Phase 1 materials establish product and operational boundaries. They should be reviewed and updated with qualified legal counsel before a consumer lead program launches.
Platform role
LeadSure is a software and consumer-inquiry delivery platform for licensed insurance professionals. It is not an insurance agency, carrier, broker, producer, advisor, or provider of insurance advice.
Subscription and credits
Monthly subscriptions may renew unless canceled according to the applicable subscription terms. Credit allocations and category costs are configuration-controlled.
Additional lead packs
If enabled, additional lead packs are available only to active subscribers, require explicit confirmation, and are one-time purchases. They never auto-refill, auto-replenish, or charge automatically at a low balance.
