Compliance is part of the operating design.
These Phase 1 materials establish product and operational boundaries. They should be reviewed and updated with qualified legal counsel before a consumer lead program launches.
No insurance advice
LeadSure does not recommend policies, carriers, or coverage; quote insurance; bind policies; negotiate coverage; or represent itself as a licensed insurance producer. Licensed professionals are responsible for their own regulated sales activity.
Eligibility gates
States and insurance categories are modeled separately and may be enabled, disabled, or held for manual review. Medicare and other regulated categories remain disabled until approved.
Consumer inquiry records
Before consumer forms launch, the data model is prepared to preserve submission time, requested category and state, campaign and landing-page source, displayed consent version and status, contact details, assignment history, lead ID, and appropriate technical audit metadata.
Editable consent text
Consent language is an administrator-managed, versioned configuration. Consumer lead capture is intentionally not launched in Phase 1.
